Makeup With Me Website Returns Policy
Customers who shop on the Makeup With Me website (www.makeupwithme.com.au) may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit. Gift Vouchers/other vouchers can not be exchanged or refunded.
Makeup With Me does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied with an original Makeup With Me receipt of purchase. (Found in their order)
Any products that you wish to return that meet the guidelines stated above, customers must email Makeup With Me at info@makeupwithme.com to have the return authorised. Once authorised, the product must be returned to the MUWM Studio either in person or by postage in order for the refund to be processed.
Makeup With Me will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorized by Makeup With Me.
