Payment Options
MUWM accept Cash. The credit cards they accept are MasterCard and Visa only. They also accept direct deposits (they can email you these details upon request). All payments are in Australian Dollars and include GST. They accept over the phone payments. Receipts can be sent to your desired billing address once processed or desired email address. MUWM also have a portable EFT machine that they carry with them, for your convenience.
Deposits
A Deposit for any service by Makeup With Me is non-refundable and is required when a bridal booking is made. Until they receive that deposit, the date is still available for someone else to book. Once deposit is paid, your date and time is locked in and cannot be changed unless MUWM and you have both agreed to do so.
Non-refundable Deposits
This means Makeup With Me are not able to refund your deposits once it is paid and booking locked in as they assume you are 100% happy with the trial/service. This also means they cannot change your booking without notice and you cannot cancel without notice.
However, they do understand a death in the family could arise without notice. They are then able to hold your deposit and with as much notice you can give them as possible to transfer your appointment to another date, provided they are not booked out, but will try their absolute best to accommodate you.
Makeup/Hair Trials
You will have the Trial with the person who is available for your wedding day. Special requests are to be made with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
Napoleon Perdis Products
Napoleon Perdis products are used and sold in Makeup With Me Studio, on the MUMW website and in the comfort of your own home.
You makeup artist is able to bring your touch up needs, ie, lip glosses, lipstick, powder..etc., if they are coming to you , however you will need to let them know what you need in advance, as they DO NOT bring the entire Napoleon Perdis range out on the road with them.
Prices are RRP and are in Australian dollars, which include GST. They can give you a receipt for proof of purchase if required.
Refunds/Returns on Napoleon Perdis Products
Makeup With Me are a professional business and recommend and use guidelines as set out in Napoleon Perdis’ refund policy.
Please choose carefully as MUWM do not exchange or refund for change of mind. No exchange or refunds on sale items. They will happily exchange or refund any faulty item within 10 days of purchase. All refunds are processed through Makeup With Me’s studio and you will need to come in with your receipt as proof of purchase.
Makeup With Me Studio’s Opening Hours
Makeup With Me’s hours are located on the Contact pg 8 of the website. Please email or call Makeup With Me for bookings or if you need to come in and stock up on some Napoleon Perdis Products.
The following days are an exception, including when they come out to you.
Good Friday – CLOSED
Easter Sunday – CLOSED
Xmas Day – CLOSED
New Years Eve – CLOSED
New Years Day – CLOSED
They will inform you via email or Facebook if they are unavailable for any other days or times.
How far Makeup With Me will travel before a cost in involved?
For distances over 25kms from Makeup With Me studio, a travel fee will apply. Travel fees start from a flat rate of $40, which includes their time and travel costs. They will notify you of these costs at the time of booking.
Price List
Makeup With Me may update their price list without notice to you. However if you already have a booking, these prices will not affect you, including weddings that have been pre-booked and deposits paid with the old price list.
